It has been a while since I have posted anything. Don’t ask me why that is. I have been back from France for about a month and a half now. Since then I have turned 21, moved into my own house, finished a summer class, started working out, and have really enjoyed my summer. It is crazy that it is already almost over. I don’t want it to end, but then school will start and I will only have one year left of college. How time flies! There is so much more I want to do this summer, a road trip to Yellowstone or Wisconsin, a 100 mile bike ride, who knows what else. The point is to enjoy the journey and not to make goals. Why make goals? It is fun to go on the journey of whatever you are doing and see your progression, your growth. To reach the goal is just to complete another item on your to-do list, and what is the fun in that. The journey is what is great! Enjoy it!
My journey in Paris was amazing and I miss it. I cherish it now and think of all the travels I want to do in the future. Drive to the southern tip of South America, raft through the Amazon, go to Asia, Russia, Australia. I want to see the world!
